Mitch Hartt’s favorite question when he’s hosting someone is “it’s your last meal, what are you eating?” It’s his way of figuring out “how can I make the best version of that thing for them?” He brings this passion to his work, using fresh ingredients and attention to detail to craft dishes that impress the senses and leave you talking about the food well past dinner.
